I am a mother of three young children, two of which have severe food allergies. Our journey into the world of food allergies began over six years ago when our daughter was diagnosed with several severe food allergies. Not more than three years later, my second child experienced biphasic anaphylaxis shock and was also diagnosed with a severe food allergy, different from his sister.
